As we drove past an apartment complex last week, my 7 year old daughter asked me, “Mom, is that a senior community?”

I had to smile as I told her no, at which point she proceeded to tell me that she read the name, “The Point at _____” and she figured that “everyone needs help at some point in their life, when they get older”, so she figure it must be one of our customers : )

Ha! What logic! I wonder if that community is taking advantage of their name in this way.

  •          All signs point to The Point
  •          Are you at the point of needing more room? Check out our spacious floor plans!
  •          At a decision point? Choose The Point!
  •          Give us 10 minutes to point out our advantages

As silly as it might sound, people appreciate a play on words, and it helps your message stick!

Keep this in mind as you create new ad copy, name a new community, or come up with your next contest.
